Château Coty offers a large, beautiful pool, shady terraces, a spacious shared kitchen for cooking together, long tables for slow evening dinners, a private cinema for movie nights, and a billiards room for a final game before bed.
If you want to explore, you’ll find romantic hilltop medieval villages, local markets, peaceful nature walks, and plenty of outdoor activities nearby.
THE ESTATE
Set in a stunning corner of the French countryside, the estate invites you to slow down and enjoy the calm charm of the south. Inside, you’ll find 13 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, 8 of them en-suite. There are two fully equipped kitchens and two cosy living rooms for gathering and relaxing.
The private 20-meter pool offers a refreshing escape, while the cinema and billiards room bring easy entertainment whenever you want it.
For weddings or larger groups, the château can host up to 34 guests. You will have exclusive private access to the entire Château and the Pigeonniere.
YOUR PRIVACY
The caretakers live just outside the courtyard. They’re available when needed but will only enter the grounds to clean the pool or take out the bins—ensuring complete privacy.
On arrival, they’ll welcome you, give you a tour, and explain how everything works.
They speak English, Dutch, German, and French.
LOCATION
Château Coty sits just outside the quiet village of Montjoi, surrounded by farmland and peaceful countryside. Whether you enjoy nature, medieval towns, museums, or outdoor activities, there’s plenty to do in the area.
There is ample free parking on the property.
