Châteaux Travels began with a simple annoyance: booking a large group into a French estate was a lottery. Glossy photographs, vague answers, fees that appeared after signature, and nobody to call when the reality did not match the listing. So we did it the slow way instead — one region at a time, one house at a time, meeting owners and sleeping in the rooms. Everything we now offer comes from that.

Anyone can sell thread count. What stays with people is the smell of the cellar, the sound of the gravel, the neighbour who arrives with tomatoes. We choose soulful, historic, one-of-a-kind houses over generically luxurious ones, every time — and we tell you the truth about their quirks before you arrive.
You will not be handed between departments. The person who answers your first enquiry knows your group, your dates and your dog by the time you arrive, and is still the person you message from the drive.
