Our estates are built for groups of fifteen and upward, and several sleep more than fifty. If your group is smaller, tell us anyway — we occasionally have the right house for ten.
The property: exclusive use of the château or villa, its grounds, pool and parking, plus whatever the owner includes — often a caretaker, sometimes linen and a final clean. Your quote lists every line before you sign.
No. French regulations do not allow us to sell travel packages, and we prefer working this way. We advise you and introduce you directly to chefs, caterers, guides and vineyards we trust; you contract with them at their own price.
There are none. You receive one itemised budget covering the rental, deposit, taxes, cleaning and any owner charges. If a cost is not on that document, you will not be asked for it.
One coordinator, from your first message until you leave. No handovers, no re-explaining your plans to somebody new.
Not all of them. Estates differ on guest numbers, noise limits, marquee ground and kitchen capacity, and some have local restrictions. We will tell you plainly which houses can hold your wedding.

For peak summer and wedding weekends, nine to twelve months. Outside high season, three to six months is usually comfortable. Late enquiries are always worth making.
A deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due before arrival and a refundable security deposit held by the owner. Exact terms appear in your quote and contract.
You call your coordinator, not a helpline. Because we know the owners personally, problems tend to be solved the same day.
